The best way to see the 1000 Island Region is by water so be sure to take an island cruise and visit stunning Boldt Castle in neighboring Alexandria Bay. Nearby rentals include canoes, jet skis, fishing boats and most anything else you might need or desire.

But if solid ground is more your style, Downtown Clayton plays host to numerous specialty shops, fantastic restaurants, a large antique boat museum and craft school. The area also features several golf courses, tennis courts and a large playground for children. Best of all the scenery is beautiful and your visit will entice you to come back for more.
